📦 Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
For Italy: pickup at a collection point from €3.90 (free for orders over €35), home delivery €7.90, express BRT €8.90. For Europe: from €14.90 (free for orders over €55).
How long does it take to receive my order?
We prepare orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery in Italy takes 2-5 business days, in Europe 5-10 business days.
Do you ship all over Europe?
Yes! We ship to Italy and major European countries: France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, and others. Check at checkout if your country is available.
🛒 Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase by writing to info@crissashop.it . After shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.
🔄 Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except for defective or incorrect products.
How do I initiate a return?
Write to resi@crissashop.it with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Are used products guaranteed?
Yes! Every used product is checked and tested before sale. We always accurately describe the conditions in the product sheet (Excellent, Good, Fair).
Are the products original?
Absolutely yes. We only sell original and authentic products. We do not deal in replicas or imitations.
Can I request a specific product that I can't find on the website?
Of course! Write to info@crissashop.it and we'll do our best to find it for you.
